| On September 10, 2014 twenty members from West Gate led by W.Bro. Sammy travelled to St. Catherines to continue the time honoured annual tradition of visiting Adanac Lodge 614 of Niagara District A. Our visit with Adanac has always been a special time for us to enjoy the wonderful hospitality of Adanac, but more particularly to visit again with our P.M., V.W. Bro. Lee. This visit was even more special as we were able to participate and honour John's new appointment to Grand Lodge as Grand Steward and assist in presenting him with his new regalia to add to his new title of V.W. | |
Several members of West Gate assisted with the famous West Gate speciality of ensuring that V.W. Lee would have a night that he would never forget, and we at West Gate would also reinforce that he will never forget us!
A wonderful time was had by all including members of Adanac Lodge, with family and friends that added a very special component to honouring this worthy and dedicated Mason. The usual festive feast was excellent and the many visitors from both the District and out side of the District were not disappointed by the evening.
We wish V.W. Bro. Lee continued success in his Masonic career as well as at Adanac Lodge 614.
